"Nothing wrong with the product. The issue is with Barista Underground. SLOOOOWW processing…. Takes 3-4 to ship your order. shipping product takes 2-3 days… a week and half plus to get your product. They had a banner on website that says (delayed order processing) this banner has been up for 2 years. Since they took over Barista pro shop. Placed order July 20th at 7am , it is now July 28th and still hasnt arrived. This is FEDEX NOT REGULAR USPS"
