Iced Lavender London Fog
Frosty and floral, it's the perfect summer pick-me-up.
Yield: 1 serving (16 oz)
Ingredients:
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag (or 1.5 tsp loose-leaf)
- 6 oz hot water
- 0.75 oz lavender syrup (approx. 1 ½ tablespoons)
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup (approx. 1 tablespoon)
- 6 oz cold milk (dairy or alternative)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: dried lavender buds for garnish
Instructions:
- 1. Steep 1 Earl Grey tea bag in 6 oz of hot water for 3–5 minutes, then remove the bag and let the tea cool slightly.
- 2. Add 0.75 oz of lavender syrup and 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup to the brewed tea and stir well.
- 3. Fill a 16 oz glass with ice.
- 4. Pour 6 oz of cold milk over the ice, then slowly pour the sweetened Earl Grey tea over the milk.
- 5. Gently stir to combine.
- 6. Garnish with a pinch of dried lavender buds, if desired. Serve with a straw.

Caramel Frappe
It’s sweet. It’s smooth. It might be the most popular iced coffee drink on the planet.
Yield: 1 serving (16 oz)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Big Train Caramel Blended Iced Coffee Mix (approx. 40 g)
- 6 oz cold milk (dairy or alternative)
- 1 oz caramel syrup (approx. 2 tablespoons)
- 1½ cups ice (approx. 12 oz)
- Optional: whipped cream and caramel drizzle for topping
Instructions:
- 1. Add 1/3 cup of Big Train Iced Coffee Mix, 6 oz cold milk, 1 oz caramel syrup, and 1½ cups of ice into a blender.
- 2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Pour into a 16 oz cup.
- 4. Top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle if desired.
- 5. Serve immediately with a straw.

White Mocha Frappe
Encourage your customers to get lost in the sauce.
Yield: 1 serving (16 oz)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Big Train Mocha Blended Iced Coffee mix (approx. 40 g)
- 6 oz cold milk (dairy or alternative)
- 1 oz Monin White Chocolate Sauce (approx. 2 tablespoons)
- 1½ cups ice (approx. 12 oz)
- Optional: whipped cream, toffee bits, or marshmallows for topping
Instructions:
- 1. Add 1/3 cup of Mocha mix, 6 oz of cold milk, 1 oz of Monin White Chocolate Sauce, and 1½ cups of ice to a blender.
- 2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Pour into a 16 oz cup.
- 4. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of white chocolate sauce, and a sprinkle of toffee bits or marshmallows if desired.
