WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The order fulfillment lead time is 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.


HOW DO I KNOW ITS ON THE WAY?

A tracking number is sent as soon as we fulfill your order; if you didn’t get one and it’s been more than one business day, please contact us by email at baristaunderground@odeko.com or via this contact form. While we pride ourselves on how quickly we get things out the door and on their way, we do not guarantee delivery times.


I ONLY GOT SOME OF MY ORDER?

Sometimes your packages won’t all arrive at the same time. Upon, looking up the tracking number you can click on “multi-piece shipment” to check the status - if you see an issue with one of the pieces, please let us know!

 

MY STUFF IS DAMAGED

Please inspect packages and their contents for damages as soon as they arrive! If you notice any damage, please email pictures of the damaged items to baristaunderground@odeko.com and include your order number in the email. If your package was damaged en route, we need pictures of the box it was shipped in and the units that were damaged. We’ll replace the damaged products or issue credit for the value of the damaged items.

 

I’D LIKE TO CHANGE MY ORDER

Unfortunately, we can’t edit your orders or payment information but fill out this form and we can work with you to help figure it out.

 

CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF _____?

Due to the large number of items we provide, having samples for everything is difficult. Please fill out this form and we will try and accommodate your request.


WHAT’S THE BEST _____ FOR ME?

We know some people are “I like _____ but some people prefer _____.” We have a wide range of products offered on the website. If you use your search function with a general item, you can select from everything we offer.

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Great news…everything is already wholesale. Sorry we didn’t make that more clear. These are really good prices but if you want a lower price, contact us about ordering a pallet.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
