I only got some of my order
Sometimes your packages won’t all arrive at the same time. Look up the tracking number and click “multi-piece shipment” to check the status - if you see an issue with one of the pieces, please let us know!
Where’s my stuff?
A tracking number is sent as soon as we fulfill your order; if you didn’t get one and it’s been more than one business day, please email or call. While we pride ourselves on how quickly we get things out the door and on their way, we do not guarantee delivery times.
My stuff is damaged
Please inspect packages and their contents for damages as soon as they arrive! If you notice any damage, please email pictures of the damaged items to email@example.com and please include your order number in the email. If your package was damaged en route, we need pictures of the box it was shipped in and the units that were damaged. We’ll replace the damaged products or issue credit for the value of the damaged items.
I’d like to change my order
We can’t edit your orders or payment information but give us a call during business hours and we can figure it out.

The order fulfillment lead time is 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Sometimes it’s easy to include some samples with your order, sometimes it’s impossible. It depends on the product and your order. Email or call!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Everything is already wholesale. Sorry we didn’t make that more clear. These are really good prices but if you want a lower price, contact us about ordering a pallet.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
***All SALES ARE FINAL - for the safety of our team, we are not accepting returns at this time*** If there is an issue with the items on your order, please call us at 631-815-5289 or email us within 30 days of the date you received the product. We'll work with you to find a solution to the issue. If a return can be accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Upon receipt of the unused product, we will refund the credit card you used to pay for your order.
