Anjali's Cup Masala Chai Ultra Concentrate 16oz / 16 Servings

Created with the barista, customer and planet in mind, this lightly sweetened concentrate offers an abundance of flavor from certified organic Assam tea and organically grown spices, with a fraction of the water most concentrates use. 

This means less water to package, ship, store and refrigerate. 

Just one ounce/2 tbsp of this concentrate mixed with equal parts water and milk makes a rich 8oz drink that will provide customers with a true taste of the Indian subcontinent that they will surely come back for and share with friends. 

EASY TO SCALE: Use 1ounce/2 tbsp for an 8 oz drink, 1.5 oz/3 tbsp for a 12 oz drink and 2 oz/ 4tbsp for a 16 oz drink. Mix with ~equal parts water and milk. We prefer using slightly less milk and more water for dairy but that’s up to you. It tastes great even as an iced tea in all water or with just a splash of milk too!

LIGHTLY SWEETENED: With only 6 grams of sugar per serving, this lightly sweetened to perfectly balance the tea and spices and can be sweetened further by those who like their drink sweeter. 

LOWER CARBON FOOTPRINT/LESS STORAGE: Why ship and store 4 times the volume of water when you have hot water readily available already…Since you are using such a small amount of the concentrate, it won’t cool down your drink and require further steaming

PRO TIP: Need to make drinks as fast as possible? No problem. Predilute 16oz  of our ultra concentrate with 48 oz of water  and then you have an equal parts concentrate you can add milk to as orders come in. Get the convenience of an equal parts concentrate without the environmental impact. 

OTHER USES: Masala Chai Afoggato, Chai Martini, Dirty Chai, Masala Chai Ice Cream, Chai Smoothies, Chai Oats…Add all the chai and spice flavor with out the dilution!
