Maple Matcha Iced Latte

Maple Matcha Iced Latte

Yield: 16 oz

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • 1. Whisk matcha powder with 6 oz milk until smooth.
  • 2. Add maple syrup and stir.
  • 3. Fill a cup with ice, then pour in matcha base and remaining 6 oz milk.
  • 4. Stir and serve.

Pumpkin Chai Latte

For the PSL fan who’s looking to expand their horizons.

Pumpkin Chai Latte

Yield: 16 oz

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chai latte powder or 4 oz chai concentrate
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée or pumpkin sauce
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup (or brown sugar syrup + pumpkin spice)
  • 10 oz milk or oat milk
  • Optional: whipped cream, cinnamon, or nutmeg
  • Ice (for iced version)

Instructions:

  • 1. Heat 10 oz milk until warm (not boiling).
  • 2. Whisk in chai powder (or stir in concentrate), pumpkin purée, and pumpkin spice syrup until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into a 16 oz cup.
  • 4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Chai Fall Affogato

Think pumpkin pie and ice cream.

Chai Fall Affogato

Yield: 1 serving (12–16 oz cup or dish)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • 1. Scoop soft serve or gelato into a small serving cup or dish.
  • 2. Warm the chai concentrate (do not boil).
  • 3. Stir the brown sugar syrup into the chai to create a warm spiced drizzle.
  • 4. Pour the warm chai mixture over the gelato just before serving.
  • 5. Top with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
  • 6. Serve immediately with a spoon.
