This matcha comes from a blend of tea leaves sourced from several small plot farms in Uji, Kyoto. The tea leaves are selected and stone-milled by a fourth generation tea producer.

-scoop 1 tsp (2g) into a tea bowl
-add 2.5oz (75mL) of hot water (170F)
