To best prepare, combine 2 oz. water with 1 tsp. of sifted matcha in a chawan bowl or round bottom bowl. Using a matcha whisk, rapidly whisk in a M- or W-shaped motion until no clumps remain and you have an even layer of foam on the top. Simply add water, milk, or your favorite plant-based milk alternative and pour over ice if desired. It's great for serving plain, crafting frappes and signature lattes, or for creating immunity-boosting wellness shots.
