Straw hole impossible to use
"The original version of this lid was MUCH better and I wish they would bring it back or offer another clear sipper with straw lid option because as the other review pointed out, its almost impossible to put a straw into the straw hole of this lid. The only way we have seen someone be able to use the straw hole is first sticking their finger into the straw hole and then the straw. Gross! We've had nothing but complaints about them."

"We received these lids, hoping that they would replace the need for the separate straw lids and additional sipper lids. However, the lids are thin, hard to operate the locking portion without making a mess, and nearly impossible to get a straw through the hole without damaging the straw. Our customers are very frustrated with them."
