Ingredients:
- 6 oz cold brew coffee
- 1 oz Monin Ube Syrup
- 2 oz Cappuccine Coconut Cream
- Ice
Instructions:

Fill glass with ice and 6 oz cold brew coffee.
- Stir in 1 oz Monin Ube Syrup.
- Float a layer of prepared Cappuccine Coconut Cream on top. Do not stir — let the layers show!
Iced Tiramisu Latte

Ingredients:
- 2 oz espresso
- 1 oz Monin Tiramisu Syrup
- 7 oz Oatly Barista Edition
- 2 oz cold foam
- Ice
- Optional Garnish: Unsweetened cocoa for dusting.
Instructions:

- Add 2 pumps Monin Tiramisu Syrup to a glass with ice.
- Pour espresso over syrup, top with chilled Oatly.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- 8 oz still or sparkling water
- Ice
Instructions:
- Pour 2 oz Monin Desert Pear syrup to a glass over ice.
- Add in the fresh lime juice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Optional: Garnish wth a salted lime wheel.
Lavender Honey Oat Latte

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Blume Blue Lavender Latte Blend
- 1 oz Monin Elderflower Syrup
- 1 tsp Coffee Blossom Honey
- 8 oz Califia Farms Barista Blend Almond Milk
- Single espresso
Instructions:
- Whisk Blume Blue Lavender Blend into a splash of hot water until fully dissolved.
- Stir in 1 tsp honey + Monin Elderflower Syrup.

Pull a single espresso and add.
- Steam the almond milk and pour over top.
- Optionally, for iced, add desired amount of ice to the glass.
Rose Chai Cloud

- 4 oz Dona Cardamom Rose Chai
- 4 oz Pacific Barista Series Coconut Milk
- 1 oz 1883 Rose Syrup
- Ice
- Optional garnish: Dona Cardamom Rose Spice Dust
Instructions:

Combine Dona Cardamom Rose Chai concentrate with Pacific Barista Series Coconut Milk.
- Add in 1 oz 1883 Rose Syrup, stir gently.
- Steam coconut milk until lightly frothy and float on top.
- Dust generously with Dona Cardamom Rose Spice Dust.
Mexican Spiced Mocha

Ingredients:
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 tbsp Mocafe Azteca D'Oro
- 4 oz Gossner Whole Milk
- 1 oz 1883 Dulce de Leche Syrup
Instructions:
- Mix 2 tbsp Mocafe Azteca D'Oro with 4 oz hot milk until smooth.
- Pull a double shot of espresso into the cocoa base.
