Matchaful's houjicha is made from first flush tea leaves grown in an organic tea farm community within the Tenryu District known as "organic valley." It's rich in antioxidants and l-theanine. Presenting a medium-roast profile, houjicha offers a slightly less caffeinated experience than matcha.
