Full-bodied black tea paired with ginger and cardamom. Inspired by Indian masala chai. This bold and matty black tea is sustainably grown and directly sourced from the family-owned Chota Tingrai Tea Estate in Assam, India. The cardamoms contain sweet and fragrant seeds and are grown using organic farming methods on a single estate in the forests of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.
Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom, ginger
To Hot Brew:
-5 g/1 tablespoon + 8oz water -200 degrees Fahrenheit water
-Brew for 2 minutes
TO COLD BREW:
- Pour 24 oz. of purified, room temp. water into a pitcher
- Add 4 Sachets Dona Tea
- Cold steep overnight in the to extract the optimal flavor
- Remove the sachets and serve over ice
